In this combo training, we will give your team members a thorough understanding of the sales process, and instill confidence in them to ask for the sale each and every time! Your team members will:
  • Understand why all sales begin with delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Key into "The Miracle of the Guest"
  • Identify "backstage/onstage" behaviors and how they effect the experience
  • Learn to enhance your guest experience through effective communication styles
  • Be prepared to increase wine club conversions and wine sales by applying our “Beginning, Middle, End” (BME) technique 
  • Identify four guest types
  • Link guest interests to wine club and wine benefits
  • Identify the sales hierarchy
  • Overcome objections & learn up-selling techniques
  • Learn how to effectively capture customer contact information

Each attendee must have their own computer with a webcam. Cost is per attendee.
